Project Name: Dolphins Mail

Objective: Develop a mesh network of underwater probes, with ultrasonic waves communication for internet data transmission, and for ocean monitoring.

How we will do it: In the following 3 steps,

1- We will investigate the data transfer through underwater ultrassonic sonars (similar to dolphins sonars). This include communication protocols, sonar distance, energy consumption, and communication speed.

2- We will design an underwater probe, with these ultrassonic sonars, and with renewable energy generation systems, for energy providing. Also, we will project the probe depth and a draft of the mechanical system. Several sensors will be installed for ocean conditions and marine life monitoring.

3- Probes have a limited communication range, so a big number of probes can be placed, in a communication network, to cover a large area. But the probes can be displaced by marine currents, to avoid of a probe being disconected from the network in this caotic ambient, a mesh network will be used to ensure communication between all probes in a variable ambient.
