THE PROBLEM

• Internet access is not available everywhere on Earth

• Sailors, hikers do not have access to information in real time (fire, disaster, weather, fload)

• According to Allianz Safety and Shipping Review 2018, 97 ships get lost in 2017 worldwide.
• 75% of the accident happened because of human error and lack of data is a big issue.

• The satellites data is hard to implement and expensive

THE SOLUTION

• An application that uses radio waves to send internet
• The users do not need a phone signal to have mobile data

IMPLEMENTATION

• Every boat has a radio station with receive/send functionality enabled
• The user that it’s on a boat send the input as a radio signal to another boat
• Every boat that’s in a range of 40 km2 (walkie talkie) and 110 km2(professional radio station) listens this signal
• Server sends the data back as radio waves and the user receive the data as sound

OUR SOLUTION

Mix between:

• Radio station, walkie talkie, radio antenna
• Google assistant, Siri, Cortana

NEXT STEPS:

• Get programmable radio stations (walkie talkies)

• Connect those radio stations and program them

• Encode client and server data using dial-up technology

• Integrate with raspberry pie to capture the signal on the server
