Sea levels are rising around the world, and approximately 40% of the human population lives in coastal zones. Your challenge is to help communicate the impacts of rising oceans by creating a visualization tool that illustrates the changes caused by rising sea levels in your region.

Background:
Rising seas threaten the common prosperity of mankind. Our project seeks to help mitigate this problem by helping everyday people access information about the speed and breadth of sea rise, using an interactive map-based front end, phone text notification for warning, supported by machine learning algorithms and detailed predictions in the backend.
Water levels are rising all across the world.
