Sea levels are rising around the world, and approximately 40% of the human population lives in coastal zones. Your challenge is to help communicate the impacts of rising oceans by creating a visualization tool that illustrates the changes caused by rising sea levels in your region.

Nobody is taking rising sea water seriously, even for the moonshot pitch almost 70% was focused on forest fire only therefore i was hoping someone will see this and make it into a reality as its very doable.

Everyone was thinking to create an app, but will this make in impact?When was the last time did you downloaded an app intentionally, futhermore a climate app? Therefore to create an impact, we should be tapping into ready app which have plenty of customer, what more other than super apps that uses the camera.

Here come R.I.S.E (Rising Sea Elevation), a realtime augment reality filter where user can select certain scenario to see how the future looks like made available due to nasa data set and AI Deep Learning.

I hope coders out there will tap into this and make this happen so more people will really take rising sea water seriously.
