About our project:

SPOA created a chatbot trained with artificial intelligence.

What ispired us to choose this proyect was the wories we have due to the consequences of global warming, such as the rising of the level of the oceans, It was not enough for us to manage the informatiton while the higher percentage of the population of the world is still ignoring it. Thatis why we decided to create a Chat Bot that is in charge of transmiting this information in an interactive, direct, brief and clear way.

The experience:

The experience of teamworking according to this proyect was nutritive in an informing way, it was filled with discoveries and analization that noneof us had never thought of previously, but most impportantly, it woke a need to inform the world the reality and importance of this problem.

How we manage:

We used the chat to send and recieve information useful to our proyect and the posible solutions that us and other teams took as meassures.

Our goal is to provide information about the affected zones of the rising water all over the world, according to the user location, handing a percentage of possible danger in your area.

In order to prevent possible inundations through time, also providing educational information in how to slow down the rise of the sea over the continents. We encourage the user to spread the enviromental friendly behaviour to its sorroundings.

In the future:

We would like to poish our ideas, improve our chat bot to be capable of analising and anwering any user in an interactive way. We have also planned on upgrading the audio-visual tools and earch for a way to inform the world population. We will keep on working on SEA PROJECT ON ALERT.

The plataform we used to create our chat bot is IBM CLOUD, through a prototype that integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning and Watson Assistant. At the same time we tesed other open-code plataforms, such as BotPress, in order to verify that it works in diferent languages.
