These areas concentrate a huge amount of plastic debris.“The facts are clear. Our oceans are a mess ”- The UN declares that the world is now facing a“ global emergency ”in the oceans.Unless a change occurs, the amount of plastic waste in the world's oceans will outnumber the fish that live in them by 2050, says UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres during an event at the G7 summit in Charlevoix, Canada, 2018. .In the oceans, plastic waste decomposes into smaller fragments that originate microplastics.The marine animals confuse with food and ingest causing the death and consequently the scarcity of fish, initially the affected public are the aquaculturists and mariculturists (who lives of the fishing) and tourism and consequently all the world population.There are countless awareness campaigns to reduce or even dispose of waste but from our survey of NASA's open database we have found that the size of the problem is larger and requires quick, immediate and effective resolution,We have this solution:Microplastic Collector Net (Manta Trawl) coupled with large maritime vessels (cargo ships, cruise ships) to collect this waste (microplastic while sailing their routes)This waste is stored until it arrives at the port and is there for recycling or disposal.This initiative should be supported by governments through tax incentives and receiving a BLUE FRIENDLY certification seal and at a later stage if there is resistance to the implementation of the international regulation system including sanctions.Government entities and private initiative have serious concerns about the problem.At this juncture it is difficult to specifically account for one nation or another but it is correct to say that they will all pay the final bill.The moment calls for union or really who survives will be forced to leave the planet.
