- Patch is a platform to connect Collector with Blue Companies;
- Blue Companies will include their demand for oceans debris;
- Collector will be connected to that demands and receive from that companies;
- Platform will be sponsored by the Public Policies, focusing on cost avoidance for ocean clean up;
