WAT-R is a prototype designed to help combat pollution in lakes or in any body of water, for our project we use NASA data to visualize garbage in the oceans, this in order to see where We could fight garbage related problems. We obtained the data from Garbage Patch Visualization Experiment, it shows us visualizations where the garbage has been concentrated over 35 years and this indicates us in the points where we could fight the contamination. The idea with our project is that you get to build a legion of robots that collect garbage and are autonomous running through GPS signals and can be powered by solar energy.

Problem Statement

Beyond a global competition, as students of a country whose natural wealth is directly affected by the hand of the human being, depleting our natural resources and directly interfering with the ecosystem, we were forced to guarantee a solution to the surface contamination of our sweet water.
