The Challenge | From Curious Minds Come Helping Hands

Your challenge is to design and build an innovative platform to integrate satellite data and information about vulnerable populations and environmental hazards in order to identify the most at-risk populations. Be creative and think outside the box. How will you identify those people that are often missed, but need aid the most?

Predict a disaster and calculate the needs of manpower and emergency supplies, and show the outcome of on a world map respectively. Furthermore, the webpage enable user to submit a JSON file, hoping the website to become more local and complete.

  1. Offer the masses and rescue teams the information clearly and accurately.
  2. Provide easy protocol for user-friendly customization.

Calculate the need of manpower and emergency according to the total of every disaster. Seperate the gradual color to present different severity.

Statistic three parts : droughts, air pollution and heat wave. The bubble size on it means the shortage of health center and color means the severity of that disaster.
