Problem

The enviroment’s problems have been more and more discussed in the world’s scenario. The importance of environment preservation is a point that needs all type of care. The main human being actions are related to landfills, air and water pollution, wild life, deforestation,etc. However, proposing an environment awareness more effective turns into a issue in society, because not all the society gives the right importance or don’t know how to help/participate in a mobilization group. With all that, a lot of initiatives dies, waiting to be highlighted in the society.

Objective

The mainly ideia of the project is get people together to work on an environment cause, mobilizing a large number of people who gets interested in solve a specific problem. Building autonomous communities who vision is solving a specific issue, as Itapuã’s beach pollution or basic sanitation in Mexico, crossing information available by NASA with registered pictures from the users, creating a network of volunteer work and updating environment and social data all over the world.

Solution

Developing a mobile app which works as a network connection with the care of getting people together to solve environmental problems. The objective is to show how much is incredible the earth through images and videos recorded by the users of the platform, and the satellites from NASA, but, also record the environment issues like deforestation, burns, trash in inappropriate places, sea pollution, etc, following a line of preservation and care incentive.

Flow

Initially, the user will select an interested category, like animals, forests, seas or society and will be redirected to a list of problems close to this category, with the option of communicate with who chose the same option, causing combined actions and meetings.

The app will invite the user to ask him what he considers a “Worldefault”, it means, a world where the environment status are good, like not polluted beach, preservation of historical centers or good lightning, available to register on the platform. Otherwise, there are the “Not Worldefault” registers, containing detailed information like images, videos, problem’s category, description and localization. Then the Artificial Intelligence will cross data, identifying impacted segments, like economy, tourism, diseases and some information about it. In addition, the app will suggest the action of local authorities, through public data, considering the study case, Brazil, like SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde) and MMA (Ministério do Meio Ambiente). Another point is about raising questions about the actions of politicians. In Brazil there is a tool to identify the places that voted the most for the current representative (divulga.tse), so the application would cite this curiosity as a way of warning about the problem of public policies and the acceptance of the population towards the current representative.

Category: All information and notifications within the platform will be filtered by category, not preventing the registration of problems of other categories.

Problems: Problems can be accessed from anywhere in the world, focusing on the user's location and being identified by the geographical location of the GPS.

Contribution: It will act as an official commitment to the problem, as a signature on the undersigned.

Chats: By subscribing as a contributor, the user will have access to the chat, being able to organize actions and decisions regarding the appropriate solution.

Action: Direct action on the problem through donations or direct interventions, being at the discretion of the group in the chat.

Conclusion: If the issue is solved, the people involved should mark it by turning the issue to “Worldefault” status.

Scoring: In the end, in order for the person to score your interaction, you will need to include photos or images that prove your action, and the community itself will validate that information. If most approve the score is automatically included in the profile.
