The idea consists in a platform to manage urban trashcans, which through data provided by NASA, will permit identify huge urban concentrations in specific regions, suggesting better locations to put these trashcans. Besides that, it will be possible to subscribe the existent trashcans through GPS, enabling the feature “Find a trashcan!”, this way the user will be able to interact virtually with it.
The app, aiming the user, could inform if the nearest trashcan is too far, full or in bad conditions, generating data to the management system.
The initial marketing strategy will be spread a collaborative advertising which catches the user, putting the QR Codes around commerce, street poles, streets and mainly in garbage cans, turning this idea stronger and disseminated.
The commerce would be encouraged through Ambiental programs proposed by the trashcan managers itself, that generally is attached to the local government, or just by the simple will to share sustainably ideas around urban locations.
This solution will engage society in a natural way, because it will make the individual proper disposal easier and will turn the garbage management faster and precise, through the generated data, reducing the inappropriate trash disposal, contributing to a decrease of the flood hazard and better environment to everyone.
