1. 依據GOES氣象data、空軍氣象聯隊 、空軍氣象聯隊、國家災害防救科技 、國家災害防救科技中心、經濟部水利署等單位的降雨預報資料 、經濟部水利署等單位的降雨預報資料,進行水庫集水區的總降雨量預估。
2. 擬定集水區可能總降雨量2~3情境。
