With economic growth, urbanization, population growth and the technological revolution have led tochanges in people's lifestyle, production and consumption. As a result, thishas been increasing the amount of waste generated in cities. With productdevelopments, this productivity is becoming increasingly toxic andenvironmentally aggressive. In most cases, these wastes are not properlyseparated and are sent to landfills, where they cause major problems such asthe proliferation of disease vectors, soil pollution, water bodies, also actsin the dispersion of toxic gases in the air and even extends risks to workershandling these wastes (KLEIN; GONÇALVES-DIAS; JAYO, 2018).This project aims to create an application. In it, theuser first needs to register, enter their current address, then start theprocess, which encourages selective collection through a reward system. QR codebags are distributed, and with the instruction manual, it helps to separate thewaste correctly, to inform the company with notification that it is ready forcollection. Thus, the company with the garbage truck had spent collecting withthe collaborators, driver and copilot, with their tablet with reader checkingthe QR codes, and validating the points in the application.
