The water would come into a concrete pool open to the sunlight and just below the surface there would be tungsten plates (because it has a very high melting point and as much thermal conductivity as alluminum) to take focused sunlight at approximatedly 2000F from fresnel lenses that would be above the water, promoting fast evaporation, low cost desalination and cloud formation from ocean water.

So the plan would be to pump out water from the ocean coast into a facility to separate the water from marine life and cause less to no impact on the ecosystem.

We found the study above about a glass pyramid structure to promote the vaporization of the water inside the pyramid using just the natural sunlight. So we thought about focusing the solar power using fresnel lenses to heat ocean water and promote faster evaporation than normally, promoting cloud formation to help drop the temperatures on the planet.
