ABOUT US:

Hi everyone, we are the CliMates, students from Polimi. Among us there are designers and engineers, but all of us want the same thing: save the planet. For this, we created the ZZEO.

THE ZZEO: ZTC zero emission operator

The ZZEO comes for just one purpose; fight against CO2, and through that against global warming.

But what is ZTC?

ZTC is an innovative material used on the ISS to allow the CO2 removal. ZTC works like a sponge: it absorbs carbon dioxide at low temperatures to release it at high temperatures.

Here comes the ZZEO!

We tried toadapt it to Earth conditions by studying a creative and functional design, madefor urban frame. The design is created to be easily recognizable in order to sensitizepeople around warming problem.The ZZEO, in shorts, uses the ZTC properties to capture CO2 directly from the atmosphere. It's compact, easy, cheap and useful!
