Team Updates

Hello, this is Space Eggs and we are here to share some ideas of Project Albedo with you:

We were checking up on NASA data about global warming and climate change and we just noticed that things are getting serious in a point that we would not like to see… So, we started to think what is causing those changes and point some possible solutions to them but first things first…

We wanted to chase for a solution that is accessible for everyone, and that include not only a big and rich country like USA but also an emergent country like India, Africa, Latin America and specially countries considered underdevelopment which would have difficulties to pay for a project or to implement these solutions.

Just to clarify that our plans are not intended to get caught in between political fights or to join sides on a dispute of interests when it comes to political views of economic systems, our objective is with the planet and how we can avoid climate problems that would result in a problem for everyone and we definitely don’t want that to happen.

For first step, Project Albedo is filiated with no country, but to answer only to UN in order to avoid conflicts. These organization will be a social project based on the recycle of electronic compounds in order to generate and distribute lowcost photovoltaic cells to generate clean energy for houses around the world with no need of a center and big power cell, of course that at the beginning it will not eliminate the need of some power plants, but it will be necessary only in big centers and big events which will already give us a good impact in the use of fossil based power plants like thermoelectric for example.

At second, we had the idea of implant the green roof that is based on grass and other types of plants that believe it or not generate a big impact in hotspot zones, if implemented in big hotspot zones for example the estimate lower of temperature is between 12°C and 15°C and not only that, a 230m² is enough to provide clean oxygen for four people that if you do the math it’s a little less than 60m² per head. Don’t worry with the questions like “but are roofs ready for a ‘forest’ build in it?” or “will it not infiltrate or destroy the house or building?” we got it covered.

At next we intend to implement white roof’s to houses or buildings that cannot support the green roof, they also refract the sun light and cool off the residence temperature.

For now, that’s it, we plan to give you updates about how the financial part will work, since we are an organization with no intend to profit.

See you all, big hugs and we hope we can count on you to save the planet (always wanted to say that).

I
