What is it?
It is a 360 video in which people can feel in the shoes of an astronaut from the moment they enter the rocket until they walk on the moon's surface. We achieve this with the implementation of art (props, textures and starting track) and VR technology, as well as 3D and audio resources provided by NASA. That is precisely what makes our project innovative: it is not limited to a normal video, but the user will have the feeling of being immersed in the environment.
Why?
LUNARTEC seeks to inspire children and adults to witness the return to the moon in 2024 and thereby awaken the adventurous spirit within. Imagine the new generations being part of the projects that have to be developed to take man to space, to the moon, but let's not limit ourselves, to new planets! Perhaps it sounds ambitious, but with science and technology the impossible does not exist.
Our project is a great opportunity, not only to publicize the next great event of NASA, but to raise awareness in people about the great panorama of possibilities that exist before our eyes. Not to mention the technological boom that inevitably arises from new knowledge.
