The Challenge | The Art Side of the Moon

Fifty years ago, generations were inspired when humans made a giant leap and walked on the moon. Today, NASA is committed to returning to the moon and beyond! Your challenge is to create an artistic work to communicate, inform, or inspire others about humanity’s return to the moon.

Moonshot

50 years ago the first man left his footprint on the moon, and millions of people were expecting it. We want to increase the interest of the people, by giving them a tool that will allow the humanity to leave its own print on the moon.

MoonShot

50 years ago the first man left his footprint on the moon, and millions of people were expecting it. Now the man is going to return to our natural satellite and we want to increase the interest of the people, by giving them a tool that will allow the humanity to leave its own print, as a community, on the moon.

This tool increases the global interest in knowing in detail our natural satelite. The application allows to determine the exact date where the moon will have the position and the moon phase requested by the user.

For the app we decided to use an official picture of the Apollo 11 on the login screen to inspire our objectives.

For the landing page and the presentation we used videos and images from the NASA oficial website Moonlight-moon:NASA Sciencehttps://moon.nasa.gov/resources/336/moonlight/?cat...
