The project helps Reducing lunar dust’s effect on astronaut’s health by detecting it using ultraviolet sensor then reducing its cohesion using compressed CO2 that makes the dust easy to be attracted by using magnet and vacuum cleaner-like system Using lunar dust in facilitating one of the scientist’s missions which is water recovery, and the project aims to have no effect on the budget of an Apollo trip (fuel, electricity, etc..). NASA will derive guaranteeing a better health of their astronauts coming from moon traveling Apollo missions which saves both money and time consumed in training more astronauts, facilitates the water recovery procedure and making it a renewable permanent resource which also save money, long term preparation and astronaut’s training. NASA will also have a permanent resource of electricity which tent to save a lot of money in addition to saving astronaut’s life in certain circumstances. The main message we want to send is that our project is saving money by every possible aspect which was one of our criteria, in addition to, saving astronaut’s health, providing healthier, permanent water and permanent electricity source.
∙ Saving money
∙ Make independent prototype which doesn’t affect the Apollo missions’ budget
∙ Reuse and recycle the lunar dust.
