We don't have a lot of interest in space, and we don't have the knowledge much. However, when you were young, did you ever see the stars and imagine the universe? We thought that having interest stars lead to an interest in the universe.
So we made a project that can have an interest in stars for children who don't have interest that a lot like us.
Our aim is to give interest in stars to children by this project. So we focused on constellations. Constellation is decided from long ago, people just learn that by textbook. But actually stars are countless so we can imagine many new constellations.
We thought maybe we can give interest by making constellations and we can have children enjoy played Constellator by sharing the constellations. Also, we thought we can have children got an interest in the universe from enjoying find own constellations.
We looked for something similar to this project and found it, but those can't see constellations made by other people, unlike this project. So we decided to make this.
Actually, we could really enjoy seeing constellations made by participants of the hackathon.
We want people to get an interest in planets. For that, we thought we have to get an interest in visible stars first.
We used images of stars provided by NASA.
