The Challenge | Build a Planet
Your challenge is to create a game that will allow players to customize the characteristics of a star and design planets that could reasonably exist in that star system. Ensure that this game provides an educational experience for players!
StAR
Simulation and visualization of procedural generated celestial bodies using Augmented Reality(AR) and markers.
Pseudo-random open-source generation algorithms were used for the generation of celestial bodies based on a simple planetary system consisting of: a sun, a planet and a natural satellite near the planet's orbit.
Finally, a 3D model of this same system was generated using augmented reality from the use of a marker which was subsequently tested with a computer camera.
