
We have decided to create a video game, since it's a method with a large audience target , which most of them are between the ages of 14 and 26, ages at which values and responsibilities are developed. This videogame aims to educate and raise awareness among young people and not-so-young people about the creation of planets and the impacts of social actions on the environment, because there is too much misinformation about environmental problems, and to the extensive use of the Fake News.
The videogame has a scientific base of heliocentric model, physical planet parameters, thermodynamic laws, unversal gravity law, and statistical predictive models.
The game has 4 modes: Creative, Life Simulation, Reborn and Multiplayer:
Creative:
This game mode aims to create life on a planet from scratch. The player will start in an empty solar system, where he can create different planets and change physical parameters, such as mass, equatorial diameter, orbit diameter or gravity; and its proportion of chemicals, such as the amount of oxygen, nitrogen, iron or carbon; of each planet, including the sun itself. The player can also cause natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, even meteorites, to cause significant changes in the planets. All this will be supported by a physics model to give more realism to the game, based on a scientific base.
Life Simulation:
The objective of this game mode is to save both the planet and its inhabitants. The mechanics and context is different from the previous way. In this case you start from the current situation of the planet and you will have to use different cards that will cause negative or positive effects on the Earth. As information, a news list of the different things that happen in the world will be displayed. Randomly, both negative and positive events will occur to give the game replayability and randomness. To know how the player is doing, different graphs about important values such as oxygen level, carbon dioxide or population will be available. This game mode, aims to make the player aware of a less harmful lifestyle for the planet.
Reborn:
The following mode is a mixture of the Creative and Life Simulation mode. The context is the continuation of a dystopian future to the Life Simulation mode, where humans have been forced to travel to another planet since the Earth is too environmentally damaged. However, humans have not learned and continue to make the same mistakes. Your goal is the same as in the previous way, keep humans and the planet alive but with the Creative mode tools.
Multiplayer:
Finally, in this mode each player has a planet to take care of, and through cards similar to those of the Life Simulation mode they will have to protect their planet and eliminate their rival planets.
