After some intense hours we have finally finished our project and made or will make all the files we created available on github..

FIFTH UPDATE 20/10 07:45

Today we started working early in the morning to finish our project.

The magnetic aproach seemed perfect for the job but we chose to use a mechanical one instead as it was more pratical and more reliable, still we think that it is the most suitable for the project and we will mention it in the final presentation.

We are still finishing the CAD drawing and we started to prepare our final document to present to the judges.

We are on track to finish in time!

FOURTH UPDATE 19/10 21:10

One minor but important change was made to the planetary gear as we found out that with the previous design there was too much friction and we could make it move with less gears.

Everything else looks like it's possible and further calculations are gonna prove it.

By tomorrow morning we want to finish the CAD drawing and the magnet part of the system.
