Project finished! After huge amount of hard work we did it. Besides building an algorithm to impute data by mean substitution method, we built a web service like those ones "convert youtube video to mp3" for example. In our case, the user upload the csv file with the missing data and our server return the csv completed. For more information about the code, you can check our Github below:
