Environmental risks are crucial since approximately 25% of the people are dying due to them in each year. Our aim is to provide a platform for aid communities, researchers, private companies. By the help of system, risk index for specific regions and specific part of the population can be found. System tries to mathematically provide an index for each individual risk while considering the factors that affect impact of the risk. As an example, it may be put forward that in case of experiencing same scale earthquakes in two different counties, their impact will not be same if these countries have differently improved infrastructures, urbanization etc. Our primary goal is to provide a bottom up approach to objectively and accurately illustrate the risk and also give an insight for future years for different regions and different part of populations.
