Welcome to NASA's Space Apps Challenge Hackathon!
For the first time, Chisinau will take part in the international hackathon Space Apps Challenge which is held annually simultaneously all over the world. If you are interested in improving the condition of our planet or if you just want to challenge yourself in solving global problems, then you’ve come to the right place. The most cosmic weekend is waiting for you from October 19 to October 20!
“What does the Space Apps Challenge mean?”
Space Apps Challenge is a 48-hour global hackathon where thousands of professionals around the world can demonstrate themselves and their ideas. The event involves a cooperative solution of problems with the goal of creating a project that would satisfy global needs applicable both to life on Earth and to live in space.
“Who can take part in the Space Apps Challenge?”
We are waiting for designers, engineers, copywriters, programmers, inventors, scientists, students, specialists in other fields and in general ALL who want to try themselves in the development of products that will be able to change the world for the better.
There are no restrictions on age, sex, and education for participants. If you want to try your forces at exploring the Earth or just work in a team with those who can share your interests, we will be glad to see you at the hackathon.
“Should I work in a team?”
Hackathon is a team competition. Of course, you can work alone but if you want to create a good product in such a short period of time, you should think about team working.
The recommended team size is — 2-5 people.
