The Students for the Exploration and Development of Space - Canada (SEDS - Canada) are excited to host the 2019 edition of the NASA Space Apps Challenge in Toronto!
Don't let the name fool you... the challenges are not just about apps! All curious-minded individuals are invited to use their problem-solving expertise to to address challenges and set out innovative solutions to some of the space industry's toughest problems. Participants may use robotics, data visualization, hardware, design (and many other specialties!) to engage with NASA and the Canadian Space Agency's innovative challenges.
This year the hackathon will occur at Ryerson University. The event will begin on October 18th and close on October 20th (see schedule for details).

Kick off event and Welcome/Briefing presentation
Challenges are presented along with a workshop hosted by Dr. Pierre Langlois from the Canadian Space Agency followed by Q and A
Teams can begin to form and brainstorm possible solutions
