WELCOME TO NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE THESSALONIKI 2019!

GREEK NEWSPACE SOCIETY, the Greek chapter of National Space Society, is excited to bring for the 3rd time in a row, Space Apps 2019 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

All curious and enthusiastic problem solvers, regardless of your backgrounds, are welcome to join the challenge. So, if you are a coder, a scientist, a designer, a storyteller, a maker, a builder, a technologist, or just a space enthusiast, that's the right place for YOU!

Participants will form and work in teams to address challenges on Earth and Space, and set out innovative solutions using publicly available NASA data. Tackle a challenge using robotics, data visualization, hardware, design and many other specialties, and inspire each other while you learn and create using stories, code, design and, most of all, YOUR ideas!

The challenge will take place over 24 hours, and we look forward to having you participate!

Please note: We will not be staying open overnight on Saturday.

It is absolutely FREE and OPEN to all participants. Anyone over the age of 18 can register. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian register for them and must attend the entire event with them.
